Preventive examination in the office

Preventive screenings are vital given the rising incidence of cancer among young people. Therefore, to ensure the health of our teams, we organised a preventive screening program at Bridgestone SSC, offering in-office testing for tumour markers.

As part of the available packages, employees could be tested for six tumour markers, including breast, prostate, colon, and pancreatic cancer. Additionally, a complete blood count (CRP) was performed, which helps detect inflammation in the body.

The program was very well-received – many employees took advantage of the opportunity to get tested quickly and conveniently, without having to travel or wait in lines. One of the conference rooms was transformed into a comfortable treatment room where medical staff drew blood for tests. A few minutes’ break from work was enough to take care of their health.
